a little differently than most e-commerce sites. Follow
these easy steps to order and pay for your goodies.

from our catalogue.
- Download and fill in the order
form from the site (see bottom of this page).
- E-mail or fax us the order
form. We will contact you to confirm receiving the
order and help you with your payment if need be.
- Transfer the deposit
into our account using one of the following methods.
- Internet Transfer
- Direct Bank Depsoit
- Bank Guaranteed Cheque for delivery or collection
- Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD only)
- Cash for delivery or collection

We will confirm your order and discuss it in detail
with you telephonically. Alternatively you may want
to meet with us for a consultation. It is often nice
to discuss things in person.
Holly & Jack Children's Emporium will deliver
your order as soon as it is complete; on average that
is 6-8 weeks from date of deposit. We can make the
occasional exception for people who are in a pickle.
Working to help our clients in every way possible
is one of our company principles. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are processed the following business
day.
Products are shipped out of Gauteng using our reliable,
specialised courier company. They will ship to any
physical address within South Africa. Refused or undeliverable
shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%,
in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and
insurance fees. Holly & Jack Children's Emporium
does not ship to a P.O. Box address.
Delivery in the Johannesburg area and environs entitles
you to have the furniture set up and/or assembled.

Collect from Holly & Jack Children's Emporium - Free
Clients who wish to avoid delivery costs may pick
up their items from Holly & Jack Children's Emporium's
factory. Holly & Jack Children's Emporium will notify
you when your products are ready to be collected.
