The services provided by Holly & Jack are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

The services provided by Holly & Jack are not available to minors and/or those individuals under the age of 18 years old and any other individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Buyers who refuse to pay or otherwise complete a sales transaction and any other members who abuse the service or otherwise act contrary to the Terms of Service may be denied service by Holly & Jack at thier sole discretion. Furthermore, any party engaging in illegal activities involving the use of the service will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

The Service is a Business-to-Person and Business-to-Business site.Holly & Jack owns the merchandise sold through its service.

Holly & Jack cannot release information regarding individual registered members or comment on activity between members except to those members directly involved in a transaction and to law enforcement agencies. Registration for Buying

Registration is required to use the service provided by Holly & Jack. Basic registration is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything or release sensitive information such as credit card numbers or check information. The registration form requires you to provide Holly & Jack with certain true, complete and accurate information about yourself so that you may safely use the service. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive a welcome letter via email. Transmission times depend on your Internet Service Provider, but it typically takes less than an hour to receive your welcome letter. Your user name is your complete email address. Without a valid email address and password, you will not be eligible to purchase on the Holly & Jack Service.

Members will receive electronic mailings and/or other information relevant to the completion of a sales or purchase transaction. Members will receive electronic mailings as required to be notified of changes to the existing Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will never be sold to other mailing lists. Holly & Jack will only use your personal membership information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Registered members may request their membership to be closed.
 
Warranties & Returns

All products sold by Holly & Jack are covered under our 7 day Guarantee Against Defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Holly & Jack restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Holly & Jack.

The RMA is valid for 5 days from the date of issuance.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
2. Software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
3. Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
5. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
6. If unopened goods are returned within 5 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs.

Holly & Jack shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.

Backorders

Because Holly & Jack manufactures each product, or is supplied from an outside sources, we may not always have an item in stock. Holly & Jack will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock, you can either choose to backorder or cancel the order or part thereof. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Holly & Jack reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
